Toner Tech always provides FREE standard shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 States for orders totaling $30 or more. For orders below $30, shipping costs start at $3.95.

This offer is only good for U.S. orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states. A shipping fee will apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

 

1 YEAR RETURN POLICY

We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. That’s why we have one of the best return policies in the business! Not only do we offer a no-questions asked one-year return policy, but we’ll even cover the cost of shipping for you to send the item back to us*!  Return shipping from anywhere in the lower 48 States is always FREE!  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Toner Tech, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions! Returns must be and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund. 

Once we receive your return and approve your refund, Toner Tech will immediately credit your original method of payment. However, some financial institutions take longer than others to process a refund, and it may take an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account. 

 

NEXT DAY:

Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All Next Day orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

SECOND DAY:

Second Day is only available on select products for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All Second Day orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This shipping method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBERS/DELIVER CONFIRMATION

A shipment notification will be sent to your email address. The message will include the delivery confirmation number. We also include the link of the carrier’s website so you can easily track your order. Please wait one day for the carrier to upload the tracking number in their system or website.

P.O. BOX, US TERRITORIES AND MILITARY / DIPLO ADDRESSES

We only offer standard shipping for PO boxes, US territories, and military addresses.

Our free shipping offer excludes discontinued items or delays resulting from circumstances or causes beyond Toner Tech's reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, labor strikes or severe weather. Toner Tech reserves the right to discontinue this guarantee at any time, for any reason.

EXCHANGES

Our customers may also opt to exchange an eligible item instead of processing a refund. You are able to conveniently request for the exchange of certain eligible items from directly within you Toner Tech account. 

If an item is eligible for exchange, you will see an option to select it in your order under your Toner Tech account and you will then be provided with any instructions and terms that apply to your exchange. 

Should the exchange option not be available in your Toner Tech account, you can contact our friendly customer service team to request your exchange directly. 

Please note that if you initiate an exchange yourself, you may be subject to a waiting period of up to one hour before you can request to exchange another item from the same order. 

Our exchange process is slightly different from others because we want to get your new item to you faster! The funds from the item being returned will be transferred to an e-Gift Card or an Exchange Voucher when the exchange is initiated. 

Our team will then apply the e-Gift Card or Exchange Voucher to your replacement item. To ensure validity and fast processing, please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date of your exchange. The Toner Tech team will provide you with a free prepaid return label for this, so no worries there! 

If we do not receive the original item back within 14 days, we may charge your original payment method or default payment method for the cost of the item. In this instance, if the item is subsequently returned, Toner Tech will issue the refund for the total amount (minus any shipping charges from the original order). 

The refund would be in the form of an e-Gift Card if an e-Gift Card was applied to the exchange transaction. Otherwise, the refund will be in the form of the original payment method if an Exchange Voucher was used in the exchange transaction.
